InvoiceEasy is an invoice and quotation application designed to help users create, save, export and share invoices and quotes from their device.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use InvoiceEasy.
Depending on the features you use, InvoiceEasy may process information that you enter into the app, including:
Information is used to provide the features of InvoiceEasy, including creating and editing invoices and quotes, saving documents and clients, generating PDF documents, and preparing information for printing or sharing.
InvoiceEasy does not sell personal information.
InvoiceEasy stores app data locally on your device using application or browser storage. This may include saved invoices, quotes, client details, business details, settings and uploaded logo data.
The app does not require a user account in order to create and manage invoices and quotes.
Data stored locally may remain on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage, or remove the application, depending on your device and operating system behaviour.
InvoiceEasy can generate invoice or quotation documents for export, printing or sharing.
When you deliberately choose to share or export a document, the selected information may be passed to your device's operating system and to the destination app or service that you choose. The privacy practices of that destination app or service are governed by its own privacy policy.
If you choose to add a business logo or image, InvoiceEasy processes that image for use within your documents. Image access is used for this feature and not for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.
InvoiceEasy allows users to include an optional web payment link in an invoice or quotation. If you or a recipient opens such a link, you will leave InvoiceEasy and use the third-party payment or website service associated with that link. That third party's privacy policy and terms will apply.
Reasonable technical measures are used within the app to reduce the risk of invalid or unsafe data being processed, including limits and validation for certain text, images and web links.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Because InvoiceEasy primarily stores app data locally on your device, you can remove information by deleting saved records in the app where that option is available, clearing the app's stored data, or uninstalling the application.
If you have shared or exported an invoice or quotation to another app, service or recipient, copies held outside InvoiceEasy are not controlled by InvoiceEasy and may need to be deleted separately.
InvoiceEasy is intended as a business productivity tool and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if InvoiceEasy's features, data practices or legal obligations change.
Any updated policy will display a revised effective date.
